Hi, I’m Alexa — a personal chef and functional nutritionist with a lifelong love for cooking and a deep respect for the power of real food.
I grew up in the kitchen, where cooking became more than a skill — it was my therapy, my creative outlet, and the place where I felt most grounded. Over the years, that passion evolved into a profession rooted in science, culinary arts, and the belief that food should be both deeply nourishing and genuinely enjoyable.
I earned my Master’s in Nutrition and went on to specialize in functional medicine, metabolic health, and the gut–hormone connection. I spent years helping clients rebuild their health through evidence-based nutrition and whole-food living. Along that journey, I found myself doing what I loved most: developing recipes, preparing meals, and teaching clients how powerful food can be when it's crafted with purpose.
Returning to the Bay Area, I now combine professional culinary support with clinical nutrition expertise, offering a level of personalization that’s rare in the private-chef world.
